Emily Parkinson is the designer and maker behind One Little Hut jewellery. Silversmithing since 2004, she studied a three year diploma in Swansea, and has completed several courses in professional stone setting along with 20 years of practical experience working with silver and gold. 

She designs and makes all her work from her Shepherds hut studio, situated a short walk from many of the beautiful beaches, coastal paths and woodland of Gower. The colours, shapes and movement of the flora and fauna she sees in nature heavily influence her creations. 

Emily often works with client’s own jewellery and reclaimed stones to create new, bespoke treasures from sentimental but unworn pieces. 

Her work is created using many different techniques and skills honed over the years, from traditional silversmithing to intricate carving and lost wax casting. Always using trusted suppliers of unique and traceable gemstones and 100% recycled precious metals.
