SCULPTOR

After graduating from Hornsey College of Art in London, a brief period of distraction (25 years!) followed as I pursued a career in arts and heritage management. Now finally back on track, I am enjoying the creative freedom bestowed by semi-retirement.

I am lucky enough to live and work on the beautiful Gower peninsula which provides both an inspiration and source of material for my work, with its glorious natural history, flora and fauna.

My three dimensional work is a combination of wood and metal and my paintings usually acrylic on canvas. The form of each sculptural piece I make is often dictated by the materials I use, for example ‘ghost oak’, and is therefore completely unique.
